Trey Osadchey
Trey is involved in the firm’s acquisition and asset management functions. Prior to Cedar, he worked as a consulting and valuation senior manager for HVS in its Chicago and Phoenix offices. While at HVS, Trey conducted feasibility studies, market studies, and appraisals across the United States. Trey graduated from the Broad College of Business at Michigan State University with an undergraduate degree in Hospitality Business.
