Kym Kapadia
Kym is responsible for the operational and commercial performance of the firm’s hotels and has over 25 years of experience as a leader within the hospitality industry.
Previously, Kym spent time as SVP Commercial, Aimbridge Hospitality, as well as Vice President Commercial for Michels & Taylor, a leading hotel management and advisory business. Kym has also been Chief Commercial Officer for Aprirose Real Estate.
Prior to these positions, Kym worked in senior leadership positions across numerous global brands including Hilton, IHG, Marriott, Le Méridien, across Europe, North America, Middle East and Asia.
