Ms. Simpson joined Botts & Company, a private equity fund, as an investment principal in 1999 and subsequently became COO/Finance Director of the company with responsibility for the firm’s financial management and reporting, regulatory compliance, HR, investment/fund management and communication with investors. Ms Simpson then became COO/Finance Director of LongAcre Partners, a corporate finance boutique focused on European Media, until its sale to US investment bank Jefferies. Ms. Simpson qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1995 with Arthur Andersen where she was a Consultant in their Business Consulting division and then Manager in their Corporate Finance department. Ms. Simpson graduated from Trinity College, Oxford University.
