Mr. Fredrich joined Cedar Capital Partners in 2011 and is involved in the firm’s asset management and acquisition functions. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Fredrich spent four years in the London based consultancy practice of CB Richard Ellis Hotels, where he held various positions and carried out valuations and consultancy assignments throughout the EMEA region. Mr. Fredrich has extensive experience with international hotel operators and owners and has carried out numerous advisory assignments in more than 15 countries and virtually all the major hotel markets across Europe. He graduated from the École hôtelière de Lausanne in 2007 and holds a Bachelor of Science in International Hospitality Management (Honours). Mr. Fredrich gained hotel operational experience in some of the world’s most iconic luxury hotels and speaks German, English and French.
